Multistep Tube Cleaning Nozzle

GenX SynerTech presents the Multistep Tube Cleaning Nozzle, a high-performance industrial nozzle designed for deep cleaning of severely fouled tubes. Available in both 2-step and 3-step variants, this nozzle uses a combination of rear jets, side jets, and forward-angled jets to deliver aggressive, 360° cleaning inside heat exchanger tubes.

Made from stainless steel (SS 304/316) and built to withstand pressures up to 1,380 bar (20,000 PSI), the multistep nozzle ensures reliable operation in harsh industrial environments such as sugar mills, distilleries, refineries, and chemical plants.
