Standard configurations are typically delivered in 8 – 12 weeks from order confirmation. Custom builds with specific chassis or unique specifications take 12 – 16 weeks. We provide a firm timeline with milestones once we receive your purchase order and chassis details.
Can you customize equipment for our specific operating conditions?

Yes — customization is our standard. Share your duty cycle, terrain, chassis preference, and operational constraints. Our in-house engineering team will prepare CAD drawings and a tailored proposal. You sign off before any manufacturing begins.
What chassis options do you support?

We build on all major Indian and imported chassis — Tata, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, Mahindra, BharatBenz, and others. For special applications we can also work with Volvo, Scania, or chassis you nominate.
What warranty do you provide?

Standard warranty is 24 months on superstructure and 12 months on hydraulic / vacuum components. Extended warranties up to 10 years are available with annual maintenance contracts (AMC). All warranties cover parts and labour within our service network.
Do you provide after-sales service and spare parts?

Yes — we provide after-sales service, field engineering support, and stocked spare parts across India. Critical spares are delivered quickly anywhere in the country. We also offer AMC packages, operator training, and on-site preventive maintenance visits.
Are your products compliant with current emission and quality norms?

All our diesel-powered equipment ships with modern, emission-conscious engines, and our vacuum and waste management systems carry relevant quality standards. We also hold Quality-Managed certification and meet SWM-2016 rules for solid waste equipment.
